The hotel offers spacious and comfortable rooms that are clean and welcoming. The service was a mix of extremely helpful gestures like offering us a ride to the train station, but we also encountered some rudeness. The location is ideal for Hakone sightseeing, but be prepared for a bit of uphill walking. The dining experience provided excellent quality meals, especially for Japanese cuisine enthusiasts.
